This department handles commercial and industrial plumbing projects that are long in duration and have a higher dollar value. Projects range in size from $50,000 to $5 million.
Some of our valued clients include Bulley & Andrews, W.E. O’Neil, Lend Lease, Midwestern University, Pepper Construction, DePaul University, Ward Contracting and many others.
Our dedicated commercial plumbing team manages this work and approximately 40 journeyman plumbers and apprentices. New schools and school renovations are always under contract along with a hospital or university new construction or renovation project.
