Site Utility

 
The Site Utility Group is responsible for utility and underground work. Most projects involve the installation of site water and sewer mains. This group also assists the Service and Construction Groups with installation of underground piping for their respective projects. A few top customers include The Milord Company, CSX Intermodal and American Demolition. We also serve as an emergency contact for many towns and municipalities and help with water main breaks and even snow removal.

There are 2 full time staff that manage the 15 laborers and operating engineers including 15 pieces of excavating equipment. Our history and relationship with the City of Chicago is a great asset in helping our customers obtain necessary permits to keep projects on schedule.
