Dear Matt,

During this season of gratitude, we would like to extend our very special thanks to you and your company. Your collaboration with LaMantia Building and Supply Co. has produced a splendid new home for residents in our skilled nursing care wing. To our thanks, we want to add the appreciation of our residents and their families who have gone out of their way to praise the transformation of Smith Village's Johanson Wing as well as the way your crew worked on our site during a very difficult construction process. Not only did your company deliver on time, your crew also took into account a unique set of circumstances for a time-pressed construction project in an environment that required stringent safety operations and consideration of residents in frail health. Their thoughtful conduct when interacting with residents provided comfort to all because they ensured that residents were safe and comfortable every step of the renovation process. Dear Sir:

I take great pleasure in writing this letter of commendation for a job well done by Jason Herbst. Mr. Herbst performed his job in a very professional, specific, and supportive manner. I actually understood not only what he was doing but I had an opportunity to "see" the inside of the sewer pipes! It was so-o-o exciting to finally understand what the problem was with the sewer system at Messiah Head Start. Jason took the time to explain what he was doing, as he responded to our specific concerns and questions. He had a very pleasant personality and he displayed confidence and competence in his diagnosis and completion of his tasks.
