Thank you for your dedication and commitment to organizing and providing holiday gifts for clients of Metropolitan Family Services through C.J. Erickson Plumbing Co.. Please share our gratitude with your co-workers who contributed.
In spite of these tough economic times, Metropolitan's families were able to truly celebrate this holiday season through the efforts of generous donors like you. As you will see from the enclosed thank you notes, the gifts, gift cards and financial contributions they received were very much appreciated. As one mom wrote:
"Thank you so much!! I truly appreciate your giji to my family. I hope someday I will be able to return this generosity to another family in need. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
Families come to Metropolitan Family Services facing a variety of life's challenges with few financial resources - mental iIlness, family and community violence, children's behavioral problems, aging parents. Your gift of care and compassion for these families will be remembered throughout the year!

During this season of gratitude, we would like to extend our very special thanks to you and your company. Your collaboration with LaMantia Building and Supply Co. has produced a splendid new home for residents in our skilled nursing care wing. To our thanks, we want to add the appreciation of our residents and their families who have gone out of their way to praise the transformation of Smith Village's Johanson Wing as well as the way your crew worked on our site during a very difficult construction process. Not only did your company deliver on time, your crew also took into account a unique set of circumstances for a time-pressed construction project in an environment that required stringent safety operations and consideration of residents in frail health. Their thoughtful conduct when interacting with residents provided comfort to all because they ensured that residents were safe and comfortable every step of the renovation process. We look forward to celebrating this successful renovation in early 2010 with a rededication of Smith Village's Johansen Wing. And, we look forward to thanking you again at this special event.

I take great pleasure in writing this letter of commendation for a job well done by Jason Herbst. Mr. Herbst performed his job in a very professional, specific, and supportive manner. I actually understood not only what he was doing but I had an opportunity to "see" the inside of the sewer pipes! It was so-o-o exciting to finally understand what the problem was with the sewer system at Messiah Head Start. Jason took the time to explain what he was doing, as he responded to our specific concerns and questions. He had a very pleasant personality and he displayed confidence and competence in his diagnosis and completion of his tasks.
Thank you so much for sending Jason to us!
