The Construction Group handles the projects that are longer in duration and utilize more labor. Projects range in size from $5,000 to $5 million. Our best clients include Bulley & Andrews, Executive Construction, Illinois Institute of Technology, Bovis Lend Lease, Midwestern University, Pepper Construction, DePaul University, Ward Contracting, along with many others.

A staff of 5 manages this work and approximately 60 journeyman plumbers and apprentices. New schools and school renovations are always under contract along with some form of multi-story residential or assisted living facility. Three project managers work together daily to schedule the necessary labor and materials in a timely fashion to keep projects on-time and under budget.
