C.J. Erickson's Construction Group handles commercial plumbing and industrial plumbing projects that are both longer in duration and utilize more labor. Projects range in size from $5,000 to $5 million. Some of our valued clients include Bulley & Andrews, Executive Construction, Illinois Institute of Technology, Bovis Lend Lease, Midwestern University, Pepper Construction, DePaul University, Ward Contracting, along with many others.
Our dedicated commercial plumbing staff manages this work and approximately 60 journeyman plumbers and apprentices. New schools and school renovations are always under contract along with some form of multi-story residential or assisted living facility. Three project managers work together daily to schedule the necessary labor and materials in a timely fashion to keep projects on-time and under budget.
