We had some plumbing work done at our coach house in Riverside, Illinois recently. We are writing for several reasons. We have completed the evaluation card; however, there is more that needs to be said. Jason was the plumber that recommended having the drain in the garage rodded out and using the camera to determine any problems. A number of times we have mentioned to one of your plumbers that the drain in the back yard over flows in a heavy rain, the drain in the garage collects water after a heavy rain and the drain in the carport area does not work. Several steps were suggested each time but a reoccurring situation occurred some time soon. The drain in the car port area has not worked in a very long time. This is the first time one of your plumbers has taken such a thorough approach to resolving these issues. After this rodding, all three areas work perfectly. Mike, my husband, was impressed with viewing the camera and seeing where the rodding was taking place. I was impressed by the fact that Jason marked our survey with the location of our drainage pipes. We now have a working document of the plumbing for our backyard. We are returning this feedback card to you with all the questions answered. This letter documents the remainder of the story for some of our pluming issues at our house and coach house in Riverside.
